saturday morning and a grill

started the grill and OMG! SO cold! My hands feel frozen. Burr! however, I have the grill going and veggies on it. yeah!

I love to grill food! Today's menu will be grilled potatoes, carrots, and cabbage and then some hamburgers, later once the veggies are nice and cooked.

Does anyone else like to cook outside? Where I am, we call it a cookout, when we do grill food outside. What do they call it where you're located?

Journey to the West Walk

So, the last few weeks I've not been posting my steps, not because I've not been doing them but because the pedometer on my stepper has been broke forever and one of the dogs (momo) litterally chewed up the pedometer I'd bought. Now that I have a new pedometer, I'm starting to document my steps again. Also, my cell phone has a timer, so I can start documenting the minutes I walk again too. Yeah!

Of note, if I really was walking from the center of X'ian, China, I would have walked 11.77 miles so far since July. Not a lot, I know but still I'm getting there. :D
