So, Diana Gabaldon says, "I think it’s immoral, I _know_ it’s illegal, and it makes me want to barf whenever I’ve inadvertently encountered some of it involving my characters."

Guess that's one more author who'll never see a penny from me.  I have a set policy, any author who's on their high-horse about fanfiction can KISS MY ASS.

Tho, I'd like to know what court case she's referencing that makes fanfic illegal.
